Nantucket HOA was established after Gary Jobe Builder relinquished the declarant rights to five homeowners in Nantucket Village in 2010. The relative documents are available by clicking the links below.
Annual elections of board member will take place at the annual HOA meeting to fill any vacancies. Three of the five members have 2-year terms while the other two members are limited to a 1-year term.
The three 2-year terms will be filled by the Board members holding the positions of President, Treasurer and Secretary.
